Made with high-quality, non-abrasive, and non-toxic polyethylene fibers, 52t® feels soft to the touch, providing a comfortable and safe surface for kids, pets, and families. Its advanced ATS backing system ensures excellent drainage at 30 inches per hour, keeping the turf dry and ready for use even after heavy rain. With a 52-ounce pile weight, 1.5-inch pile height, this turf is soft underfoot but will not show signs of wear like natural grass. We use Tri-Color Technology with various green and brown tones, creating a lush and natural appearance. Made in the USA and free from toxic substances or heavy metals, 52t® is UV resilient to maintain its vibrant color and durability over time. FIBER DETAIL

The fiber shall be 100% non-abrasive polyethylene designed specifically for outdoor use and treated with UV inhibitor and stabilizers to resist the effects of ultraviolet degradation, heat, foot traffic, water and airborne pollutants. The fiber shall contain no toxic substances or heavy metals. The fiber shall meet the following requirements:

• Primary Yarn Type: Polyethylene Monofilament
• Denier: 10,800
• Thickness/Shape: 350 micron diamond
• Primary Color: Lawn Green & Olive Green
• Thatch Yarn Type: Texturized Polyethylene Monofilament
• Denier: 6,300
• Thickness/Shape: 120 micron rectangle

BACKING DETAIL

The primary backing shall be a heat and UV resistant product. The primary backing shall provide dimensional stability in all directions to prevent stretching, and distortion upon installation. The secondary coating shall saturate the primary backing and effectively lock the fiber tufts in place. The backing shall meet the following requirements:

• Primary Backing: 13 pic & 13 pic poly back
• Weight: 7 ounces per square yard
• Secondary Coating: Urethane 20 ounces per square yard
