The 62st® Synthetic Turf model delivers the perfect blend of durability, comfort, and aesthetic appeal for any grassy space. Made in the USA, we select only the highest-quality materials that are completely non-toxic, PFAS safe, and certified lead free. Its non-abrasive polyethylene fibers are designed with a 62-ounce pile weight and 1.5-inch pile height for both softness and durability, ensuring a comfortable surface that’s safe for kids, pets, and families. The advanced ATS backing system provides excellent drainage at 30 inches per hour, keeping your turf dry and ready for use, even after heavy rain. We utilize Quad-Color Technology to create a dimensional, life-like appearance with various green and brown tones. UV-resistant and free from heavy metals, 62st® maintains its vibrant appearance and structural integrity under intense sun and heavy foot traffic. FIBER DETAIL

The fiber shall be 100% non-abrasive polyethylene designed specifically for outdoor use and treated with UV inhibitor and stabilizers to resist the effects of ultraviolet degradation, heat, foot traffic, water and airborne pollutants. The fiber shall contain no toxic substances or heavy metals. The fiber shall meet the following requirements:

• Primary Yarn Type: Polyethylene Monofilament
• Denier: 10,800
• Thickness/Shape: 350 micron diamond
• Primary Color: Lawn Green & Spring Green
• Thatch Yarn Type: Texturized Polyethylene Monofilament
• Denier: 6,300

BACKING DETAIL

The primary backing shall be a heat and UV resistant product. The primary backing shall provide dimensional stability in all directions to prevent stretching, and distortion upon installation. The secondary coating shall saturate the primary backing and effectively lock the fiber tufts in place. The backing shall meet the following requirements:

• Primary Backing: 13 pic & 13 pic poly back
• Weight: 7 ounces per square yard
