Our 40t® Synthetic Turf model is made to withstand high-traffic areas and heavy-duty weather. With a 40-ounce pile weight and 1.5-inch pile height, 40t is durable and aesthetically appealing. We use high-quality components and cutting-edge technology to make the best turf products. The non-abrasive polyethylene fibers are treated with UV inhibitors and stabilizers to maintain integrity in sun, heat, and heavy foot traffic. Our five color technology utilizes shades of green and brown tones to offer dimension and added realism. We have engineered the backing system with durability and proper drainage to maintain the turf’s structure and resilience. 40t is ideal for various applications, including residential lawns, commercial landscapes, pet areas, and play areas.
The fiber shall be 100% non-abrasive polyethylene designed specifically for outdoor use and treated with UV inhibitor and stabilizers to resist the effects of ultraviolet degradation, heat, foot traffic, water and airborne pollutants. The primary backing shall be a heat and UV resistant product. The primary backing shall provide dimensional stability in all directions to prevent stretching, and distortion upon installation. He began his business career consulting and managing professional artificial turf projects for athletic applications across the country. In 2004, after years of experience, Mr. Barbera started Artificial Turf Supply. He saw a need for easily accessible synthetic grass product information and an opening in the market for residential turf applications. In 2006, Mr. Barbera pioneered the development and evolution of no-infill products which completely revolutionized the artificial turf industry. In 2014, Mr. Barbera implemented a distribution platform based on a true 3rd party logistics solution using pay-per-use warehousing to provide scalable turn-key distribution on a national scale. In 2019, he created a strategic marketing and lead generation system to expand the distribution platform. Mr. Barbera holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Arts & Sciences with an emphasis in Public Administration from San Diego State University.
