El Toro Water District takes a bold move in water conservation. As a public retailer of water in Southern California, where water is a sparse commodity, the El Toro Water District plans to have their water conservation demonstration garden completed by June 7th, 2008 for the unveiling at its Open House.
The conservation garden will demonstrate the some of the most beautiful and best environmental landscape options for the Southern California region.
