This turf model features a 40-ounce pile weight and 1.75-inch pile height, providing a soft surface ideal for all-day play. We utilize tri-color technology with a realistic thatch layer to create a natural grass-like appearance. Designed to withstand playtime, foot traffic, UV exposure, and harsh weather, ProPLAY Plus 40s® will maintain its vibrant color and integrity over time. The advanced heat and UV-resistant backing system ensures durability, while the superior drainage system clears 30 inches of water per hour, keeping surfaces dry and safe. Available in 15-foot-wide rolls, this turf is perfect for creating long-lasting, low-maintenance play areas.
The fiber shall be 100% non-abrasive polyethylene designed specifically for outdoor use and treated with UV inhibitor and stabilizers to resist the effects of ultraviolet degradation, heat, foot traffic, water and airborne pollutants. He saw a need for easily accessible synthetic grass product information and an opening in the market for residential turf applications. In 2006, Mr. Barbera pioneered the development and evolution of no-infill products which completely revolutionized the artificial turf industry. In 2014, Mr. Barbera implemented a distribution platform based on a true 3rd party logistics solution using pay-per-use warehousing to provide scalable turn-key distribution on a national scale. In 2019, he created a strategic marketing and lead generation system to expand the distribution platform. Mr. Barbera holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Arts & Sciences with an emphasis in Public Administration from San Diego State University.
