The SportPRO 42® Synthetic Turf model combines durability, performance, and aesthetics to elevate any indoor or outdoor sports field or gym space. With a pile height of 2 inches and a pile weight of 42 ounces, this turf is plush yet durable. Engineered with Wearmaxx Yarn Technology, you will experience a luxurious non-abrasive feeling that is soft-to-the-touch. Treated with UV inhibitors, it resists fading, heat, and wear from environmental factors to keep your turf beautiful for longer. With a wide variety of colors to choose from like green, blue, black, and many more, you can completely customize your space. The advanced ATS backing system offers excellent dimensional stability and 30-inch-per-hour drainage, keeping the surface dry and safe, even in challenging weather. Made in the USA and free from heavy metals or toxic substances such as lead and PFAS, this turf is built with safety in mind. FIBER DETAIL

The fiber shall be 100% non-abrasive polyethylene designed specifically for outdoor use and treated with UV inhibitor and stabilizers to resist the effects of ultraviolet degradation, heat, foot traffic, water and airborne pollutants. The fiber shall contain no toxic substances or heavy metals. The fiber shall meet the following requirements:

• Primary Yarn Type: Polyethylene Slit Film
• Denier: 8,400
• Thickness/Shape: 110 micron parallel
• Primary Color: Field Green

BACKING DETAIL

The primary backing shall be a heat and UV resistant product. The primary backing shall provide dimensional stability in all directions to prevent stretching, and distortion upon installation. The secondary coating shall saturate the primary backing and effectively lock the fiber tufts in place. The backing shall meet the following requirements:

• Primary Backing: 13 pic, 80 gram non-woven & 13 pic poly back
• Weight: 8 ounces per square yard
• Secondary Coating: Urethane 20 ounces per square yard
• Drainage Perforations: Yes
